When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is received, the shipping process begins, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 days. Orders are shipped out from Monday to Friday. If you make a purchase using a credit card or bitcoin, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. However, if you choose to pay via e-check, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the shipment to be processed and dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

International buyers are eligible for free shipping on orders exceeding $500, while US buyers enjoy free shipping on orders over $250. For USPS priority shipping, there is a flat fee of $7.90; however, shipping rates may vary based on the destination and priority level. All available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

During the checkout process, you have the option to select expedited shipping for faster delivery.

How are orders shipped?

By default, orders are shipped via USPS first class, but you can choose to expedite it with USPS priority shipping during the checkout process.

In the rare event that your shipment is incorrect or arrives damaged, rest assured that we take necessary precautions. We photograph and document every order to protect against mishandling by USPS. However, if you do receive a damaged order, you have a 14-day window to contact us for a return or replacement. Our team is here to assist you with any issues that may arise.
