Once our system registers your payment, the shipping process begins and you can expect to get your order delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

*NOTE – if the order is made before 3PM on the current day, it will be shipped on the same day; all orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the next (business) day. We normally ship orders between Monday and Friday.

Local, US-based buyers are eligible for free shipping on all orders! Fees for the international shipments will be calculated at the checkout.

Yes, you have the option to choose expedited shipping during your checkout process.

Our orders are shipped and handled by the UPS.

If, for whatever reason, your order gets damaged or lost before reaching you, you can rest assured we got you covered. Our team photographs and documents each order to protect our customers from mishandling by the UPS. Of course, if your package gets damaged, you can get in touch (within 14 days of receiving your order) for a return or a replacement.

Yes, we do ship our orders internationally. And if you're looking for bulk orders, give us a call and we'll set it up.

As mentioned above, VOICEART offers basic free UPS shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Free shipping is also available for international buyers on orders in excess of $200.
